Manning Rippers is an Australian Rules Football Club. We are a family club who strive to provide a healthy, safe and fun environment for your child. This is achieved through a culture of participation and involvement at all levels.
Manning Rippers are a football community with a “One Club” philosophy. The Juniors share their facilities and administrative responsibilities with the Seniors, both working together to build a strong sense of community. We pride ourselves as being “A Club For Life”
A brand new oval in 2016 and sporting facility in 2017 as part of the Manning Hub redevelopment means a bright future for our club and the hundreds of families who will benefit in our football community.
Want to become a Manning Ripper?
Manning Rippers Football Club is located in the heart of Manning at James Miller Reserve. The Juniors currently have teams for Boys and Girls in school years Kindy through to Youth.
Want to Volunteer?
The Manning Football Club is operated solely by volunteers. We strongly encourage all parents to become involved in the clubs activities; this includes everything from coaching, umpiring, team management, club administration, and operations. If you’d like to help, simply contact one of our friendly commitee.
Where are we located?
Manning Home Ground is located at:
James Miller Reserve
Manning WA 6152
Our oval is owned and maintained by the South Perth Council and provides a very good playing surface. Shady trees offer sun protection for spectators and there is a kids’ playground to keep toddlers and youngsters entertained. We also utilise the adjacent lower ovals of the Manning Primary School.
James Miller Oval features a floodlight system, which permits extended training on weeknights.
The clubhouse is located at the northern end of the oval and has change rooms and toilets for players and parents.
On game days, the junior club runs a BBQ managed each week by a rostered team group, a range of hot food and cold drinks is available as well as a Coffee van.
