*By registering and making payment of the requisite registration fee the parent(s)/guardian(s) responsible for the registering child warrant that all information provided is true and correct; and severally agree to be bound by the Manning Football Club Privacy Policy; Waiver and Indemnity; Parents and Supporters Code of Conduct, and Photography Policy; and will require the registering child to abide by the Players’ Code of Conduct, and generally support the ethos and philosophy of the club relating to a safe, supporting and encouraging environment for children that is inclusive of and fair to all.
