Thankyou to McDonalds for their support of Manning Rippers and Community Football
In late 2022 the PFL, in association with McDonalds, rolled out the McDonald’s Club Small Grant program.
This is for Clubs in the PFL to apply for grants to help upgrade their facilities, with this year the concentration being on Clubs E-Commerce needs.
This is to aid in all PFL Clubs progression, with a maximum of $2,000 available per Club.
As a Club, the President, with the help of our Food & Beverage team at Manning Rippers, applied for $2k to upgrade our POS system.
Our current system was badly out of date, needed double entry to use the EFTPOS Machine, and couldn’t be trusted to work properly every time.
We were successful in our application and were granted $1,800, and again, with the help of the Food & Beverage team, we now have a Square System installed at the Club.
For those of you who have used the bar and merchandise facilities you would have already seen the benefits of the ease of use of the Square System.
For us volunteering behind the bar, it means a single entry for each product and a quicker and slicker service for all our Club members.
It is a much simpler, faster system, which helps us on all fronts, and we would like to thank the PFL and McDonalds for helping out and part-funding this much needed upgrade.
